Privada Luxury Concierge acts solely as a coordination and concierge service. We assist clients with arranging villa rentals, yacht charters, private chefs, airport transfers, and other bespoke travel experiences.
All payments for villas, yachts, or experiences are made directly to the supplier.
Privada Luxury Concierge does not collect or hold supplier payments and therefore cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
Any refunds or cancellations are subject to the individual supplier’s policy.
Our 3% concierge coordination fee applies to all confirmed bookings and is non-refundable once services are confirmed.
If a supplier cancels a confirmed service, any refund or credit provided by the supplier will be passed directly to the guest.
All changes or inquiries must be submitted in writing to [your email/contact details].

We coordinate with trusted suppliers on your behalf, but we are not responsible for supplier pricing, availability, or cancellations. Any disputes or refund requests for supplier services must be handled directly with the supplier.
A 3% concierge coordination fee applies to all confirmed bookings for administrative and service arrangements.
